2026-2027 Morton Heat Basketball Travel Tryout Dates

There are two scheduled tryout sessions for each grade level. To be considered for a Morton Heat Travel team, a player must attend at least one tryout session. All tryout participants are encouraged to attend both tryout sessions, and in the event a player attends both sessions, the player's highest evaluation score will be utilized.

Tryouts will take place at Morton Junior High School and are closed to the public, with the exception of coaches, evaluators and Morton Heat Board.

Sunday, September 13th, 2026

3rd Grade Boys: 2:00 - 3:30pm - New Gym

4th Grade Boys: 3:30 - 5:00pm - New Gym

5th Grade Boys: 5:00 - 6:30pm - New Gym

6th Grade Boys: 6:30 - 8:00pm - New Gym

3rd/4th Grade Girls: 2:30 - 4:00pm - Old Gym

5th Grade Girls: 4:00 - 5:30pm - Old Gym

6th Grade Girls: 5:30 - 7:00pm - Old Gym

Saturday September 26th, 2026

3rd Grade Boys: 2:00 - 3:30pm - Old Gym

4th Grade Boys: 3:30 - 5:00pm - Old Gym

5th Grade Boys: 5:00 - 6:30pm - Old Gym

6th Grade Boys: 6:30 - 8:00pm - Old Gym

3rd/4th Grade Girls: 2:30 - 4:00pm - New Gym

5th Grade Girls: 4:00 - 5:30pm - New Gym

6th Grade Girls: 5:30 - 7:00pm - New Gym
