HEAT Cheer
Morton Heat Cheer provides Morton area athletes the opportunity to learn and practice the fundamentals of cheerleading in a structured setting and the experience to learn and cheer for the game of basketball.
Ages
Morton Heat Cheer is all athletes 4th-6th grade interested in basketball cheerleading.
Registration
All athletes will need to register prior to the first practice. Morton Heat Cheer will have their first practice on September 10.
Where
All Morton Heat Cheer practices and games will be in one of the many great gymnasiums at Morton 709 School District.
Practices
Morton Heat Cheer will have one practice a week until the actual Heat basketball season starts (mid-late October). Then practices will be scheduled for twice a week.
*Basketball games will not start until mid November.
HEAT CHEER 26-27
Morton HEAT Cheer is for all athletes in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. All participants in Morton Heat Cheer MUST live within Morton Park District tax district.
Details: Season runs from September to the end of February.
Prices: Estimated One Time Registration Fee of $110 to be paid by September 10. .
